Adretix Inc. operates on a principle of minimal data retention. This protocol defines the precise parameters under which user data is processed, stored, and ultimately purged from our systems.

1. Data Collection Vectors

We collect only the signals necessary to maintain network integrity and user experience. This includes:

• Identity Verification: Name, email, and company affiliation.
• Telemetry: IP origin, browser user-agent, and session duration.
• Usage Heuristics: Interaction patterns within the Adretix interface.

2. Data Sovereignty

Your data remains your property. We do not commoditize, sell, or lease user data to third-party advertisers. Our logic is binary: we build systems for users, not for surveillance capitalism.

3. Ephemeral Storage

Data persistence is limited to active session duration plus a mandatory 30-day security retention window. After this period, non-essential logs are cryptographically shredded.
