Terms of Service

IMPORTANT USER TRANSMISSION // PLEASE READ

By accessing or interacting with the Adretix computational network, services, or communication arrays, you agree to comply with the protocol frameworks defined herein. If you do not authorize this handshaking agreement, please disconnect immediately.

01 //

Operational Access Protocol

Adretix Inc. authorizes a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable lease to access our web portals and network dashboard under these explicit parameters. This access is conditioned continuously on your adherence to the security paradigms described below.

Any attempt by an entity to bypass security sandboxes, spoof administrative endpoints, inject malicious bytecode, or conduct unauthorized penetration testing without safe-harbor agreements will automatically deprecate and terminate your uplink session.

02 //

Proprietary Systems, GEO, and Scraping Parameters

All elements of the Adretix ecosystem, including automated SEO systems, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) weights, text processors, telemetry interfaces, design assets, and source protocols remain the exclusive property of Adretix Inc.

To maintain equilibrium across our shared microservices, automated querying (web scraping, algorithmic indexing, continuous web crawling) is strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized under a dedicated high-bandwidth API key assignment. High-frequency queries executed from public routes are rate-limited to avoid system-wide degrading.

03

SMS Telecommunications & Text Alerts Protocol

Adretix Inc. provides mobile alerting and text processing arrays ("Services") to transmit project status, network updates, administrative alerts, security checks, and client marketing briefs.

SMS Opt-In Consent

By inputting your active mobile telephone number and intentionally executing the opt-in checkbox, you furnish explicit consent to receive automated SMS updates. This consent is linked solely to the user, and is not pre-checked or transferable.

System Tolls & Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Adretix does not assess operational surcharges, but standard rates applied by your local cellular carrier govern incoming text packets. Consult your specific wireless provider plan for cost thresholds.

Operational Command Parameters (STOP & HELP)

To provide total client autonomy, Adretix integrates automated SMS handlers that react to global cellular shortcodes:

  • STOP Command (Opt-Out Protocol): You can terminate your subscription to SMS alerts at any time by texting STOP in response to any of our messages. Upon receiving this transmission, the Adretix transceiver database will flag your number as inactive and send one final automated SMS to confirm your safe exit. No additional messages will be transmitted unless you re-register via an active submission page.
  • HELP Command (Technical Support Node): If you encounter system issues, latency, or need clear explanation about your message routing, reply to any text alerting line with the keyword HELP or transmit a digital inquiry directly to our support engineers at hello@adretix.com.

Message Frequency & Structural Constraints

  • Capped Frequency: Mobile communications are restricted to necessary updates, not exceeding a threshold of 4 messages per calendar month.
  • Carrier Liability Limit: Participating mobile carriers (including, but not limited to, T-Mobile®, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others) are third-party networks. Neither Adretix Inc. nor the wireless carriers are liable for failed, dropped, or delayed message packets.
  • Privacy Cross-Link: All telecommunications collection coordinates conform strictly with our Privacy Protocol. We maintain absolute isolation of SMS opt-in credentials, ensuring they are never shared with external brokers.

Liability Thresholds and SLA Limitations

The Adretix network is delivered "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without explicit warranties of any kind. While our core system architectures are engineered to maintain 99.9% uplink availability across server arrays, we exclude liability for remote packet drops, client-side configuration anomalies, local system outages, or force majeure events.

In no situation shall Adretix Inc. or its remote network operatives be civilly liable for indirect, collateral, punitive, or consequential data-loss events originating from system interactions.
