Usage Terms

By accessing the Adretix network, you agree to the following operational parameters. These terms constitute a binding protocol between you (the Node) and Adretix Inc (the Network).

1. Access Rights

Access is granted on a revocable, non-exclusive basis. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or disrupt the network architecture will result in immediate termination of the uplink.

2. Fair Use

The network is a shared resource. High-frequency automated querying (scraping) is prohibited without explicit API credentials.

3. Liability

The Adretix system is provided "as is." While we maintain 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for data loss due to catastrophic network failure or force majeure events.
